"Leaders must either invest a reasonable amount of time attending to fears and feelings, or squander an unreasonable amount of time trying to manage ineffective and unproductive behavior."

Brené Brown

The way our leaders perform matters even more in this new world of work, where many of us must work and lead remotely.

The essence of a good leader is the ability to bring people together to accomplish a common goal. In the absence of great leadership, people will haphazardly go their own way and get nowhere in the end.

Companies cannot afford to waste resources and time going nowhere in today's competitive business environment.

The question is, what should we do when leaders don't possess the right leadership skills?

Invest in your team by helping them build the skills they need to be great leaders!

Have you gone through our leadership training?
We’d love your feedback!

The DARE TO LEAD™ PROGAM

Brené Brown's Dare to Lead™ book

Dare to Lead™ is a courage-building program for individuals and groups developed by Dr. Brené Brown. The program teaches the foundational skills that enable leaders to do the hard things that they must do but often avoid — initiate difficult conversations, make the best decision even when it’s unpopular, and choose what is right over what is fast or easy. Sabrina was selected and trained by Brené Brown as Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator and can bring Brené Brown's research on courage, vulnerability, shame, and empathy into your organization or school. She works across diverse industries, including industrial and law enforcement agencies, providing workshops that focus on developing courage-building skills, and teaching individuals and teams how to move from armored leadership to daring leadership.

The Four Skillsets For Courageous Leadership

This means it's time to show up and have a real conversation even if it's messy. Lean into and stick with the tough conversations. To do this, you need courage, and there is no courage without vulnerability.

Courageous Leadership means showing vulnerability

Rumbling With

Vulnerability

This means you know your values and we not only profess them, but we practice them. It's important to be clear about the things we find important, and make sure our behaviors align.

Courageous Leadership means knowing your values

Living Into Our

Values

Trust is a learned skill and in this training uses the seven essential elements: Boundaries, Reliability, Accountability, Vault, Integrity, Non-judgment, and Generosity aka, B.R.A.V.I.N.G.

Courageous Leadership means setting boundaries, being reliable, accountable, possessing integrity and being brave

Braving

Trust

This means, as leaders, we need to recognize we are also human. When we take risks, we occasionally mess up. Resilience is critical to daring leadership. So, dust off and go again!

Immunity to Change

The Immunity to Change™ approach is specifically designed to help individuals, work teams, and organizations make those personal and collective changes that are most important to them - but have proven resistant even to thoughtful plans and heartfelt intentions. The approach first generates a customized picture of something which is usually invisible - the way our current mindset produces exactly those behaviors which prevent progress on the goal we most want to achieve. This is the immunity to change. Once we see the real source of what has been preventing change, the approach guides us on a new path to accomplishing it.  The ITC workshop, led by facilitator Sabrina Moon, will help you or your team diagnose and see the path forward to overturn their personal immunities to change.

Delivery options:

  • One on one Workshop

  • Team/Group Workshops

  • Community or Organizational Workshops

These workshops can be either focused on individual development or on a collective idea/initiative/issue that a group, community or organization is facing.  Virtual or in-person sessions are available.
