Our Programs
The Dare to Lead™ Program
Dare to Lead™ is a courage-building program developed by Dr. Brené Brown for individuals and groups.
The program teaches the foundational skills that enable leaders to do the hard things they must do but often avoid — initiate difficult conversations, make the best decision even when it’s unpopular, and choose what is right over what is fast or easy. Speaking Engagements
Sabrina is a highly sought-after leadership consultant and facilitator. As part of Dr. Brené Brown’s global team of independent Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitators, Sabrina is able to bring the empirical evidence of the Dare to Lead™ research to your organization’s next event.
By utilizing research on courage, vulnerability, shame, and empathy, combined with her own background as a Six Sigma-trained engineer who grew her career by showing up in a variety of industries, Sabrina can dig into this work of courage-building using real-world examples.
8-Step Problem Solving
Becoming a problem solving organization requires intention and courage. It's a mindset. It's not enough to say you solve problems - organizations need an approach and a language that aligns everyone from the shop floor to the executive suite.
PSI's 8-Step Problem Solving Workshop, based upon the Toyota Production System’s approach, offers attendees a chance to learn the foundational skills that enable individuals to lead actions and engage in conversations focused on solutions - but not before you've effectively determined the problem you are attempting to solve.
Law Enforcement Program
Foundational Leadership for Law Enforcement Officers is a training program designed to develop police officers in leadership and self-awareness skills. Our grassroots program began in June of 2020 and is overseen by a professional advisory board comprised of sworn officers and civilian leaders with expertise in skills applicable to public service and leadership.
Grief Education & Peer Support
We can provide grief peer support for individuals or leaders inside organizations who are struggling with loss. Sabrina is a Certified Grief Educator, trained by grief expert, David Kessler. Grief is a common human emotion that is often not discussed or normalized in our society or our workplaces. But in order to live well or lead well, we must learn how to grieve well. Contact us about workshops that support grief and grieving in your organizations.
Immunity to Change™
The Immunity to Change™ approach is specifically designed to help individuals, work teams, and organizations make those personal and collective changes that are most important to them - but have proven resistant even to thoughtful plans and heartfelt intentions. We can provide workshops utilizing the transformative learning map that helps individuals uncover the hidden commitments that are getting in the way of true change.
As a leader, what steps are you taking to be more courageous?
