Foundational Leadership for Law Enforcement Officers Program

Foundational Leadership for Law Enforcement Officers is a training program designed to develop police officers in leadership and self-awareness skills.  Our grassroots program began in June of 2020 and is overseen by a professional advisory board comprised of sworn officers and civilian leaders who hold expertise in skills that are applicable to public service and leadership.
