Marie Lemond grew up in a small town with a large family. She learned the value of a strong work ethic early (sometimes the hard way). Limited resources helped her learn to be creative, resourceful and to value good relationships as a force multiplier! Little did she know, the lessons she learned growing up would serve her well--from filling sandbags in a war zone to leading the implementation of the Air Force Vice Chief of Staff’s pilot program, Marie has the tenacity to take on any challenge. Although she reached the top 2% of the enlisted force, she is no stranger to struggle. Those opportunities to learn built the foundation of resiliency she needed to lead teams in diverse and austere environments…and actually enjoy it! 

Marie is married to a veteran and they have 3 beautiful military brats (term of endearment). Thanks to the Air Force, Marie found her love for traveling. She’s been stationed in Utah, Kyrgyzstan, Korea, Guam, Germany, Iraq, Louisiana, Delaware, Mississippi, and Afghanistan, culminating her 22-year military career at MacDill Air Force Base and residing in Tampa Florida. Marie has earned numerous military distinctions during her career, including several notable annual and team awards. She thrives in bringing the right people together to accomplish tough tasks, which is why we’re glad she’s on our team! AND NOW A VETERAN - CONGRATULATIONS MARIE!
