Her extensive work in program development, team building, and crisis management, along with her role as a Diversity, Equality, Inclusion, and Neurodiversity Trainer, reflects her passion for creating positive change and empowering communities.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Crystal is a devoted performance coach and choreographer, bringing her expertise to The Dance Factory in Coldwater, Michigan, where her impact has contributed to the success of the competitive dance team, Dance Trilogy, for over 20 years. Her blend of leadership, advocacy, and creativity embodies her holistic approach to making a difference both professionally and personally.
