Asst Chief Chambers “Foundational Leadership Why”: After spending the last 20+ years in law enforcement in a variety of positions and ranks I realize, now more than ever before, how important it is for law enforcement leaders to build resilience within their officers.  The inability or unwillingness to do so will continue to be the corrosive base by which we will erode any trust previously earned between an agency and the community.  I have been honored to be part of this project as I truly feel this is how we continue to grow as an industry while continuing to build trust within the communities we serve as well as the officers who serve them.
