This is an open-enrollment event available to individuals and participants from any organization.
Build the courage to lead when the work gets hard.
Dr. Brené Brown spent years researching leadership, courage, vulnerability, trust, and organizational culture.
As part of her research, she interviewed 150 global C-suite executives about what needs to change in the way people lead in order to succeed in increasingly complex and rapidly changing environments.
One answer consistently emerged:
We need braver leaders and more courageous cultures.
Dare to Lead™ is an empirically based courage-building program designed to help leaders develop the skills needed to navigate difficult conversations, uncertainty, accountability, trust, change, setbacks, and the everyday challenges of leading people.
This highly interactive 24-hour workshop combines facilitated discussion, self-reflection, practical exercises, dialogue, and Dare to Lead™ curriculum and video content.
The Four Skill Sets of Courage
Rumbling with Vulnerability
Learn how to face risk, uncertainty, difficult conversations, and emotional exposure with greater courage and clarity.
Living into Our Values
Identify the values that matter most to you and translate them into specific, observable behaviors that guide how you lead and make decisions.
BRAVING Trust
Learn the seven elements of trust and how to intentionally build, repair, and deepen trust within teams, relationships, and organizations.
Learning to Rise
Develop skills for navigating failures, setbacks, disappointment, and difficult experiences so you can learn, reset, and move forward.
