About the Event

Shame is the master emotion that has become a highly effective management tool.  However, shame in the workplace is like termites and when it takes over our workplaces, it corrodes trust and impacts employee engagement.

Join us on March 3rd to learn about shame and how it shows up in our workplaces from Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, Sabrina Moon.

Walk away with new awareness and understanding of shame resilience and strategies to begin having conversations about this at work.  Learn what 20 years of leadership in manufacturing and railroading has taught Sabrina about effective and heart-centered servant leadership.
